Encore® archival mounting foamboard.
Part of Encore's Masterpiece collection, this mounting board is a thick, lightweight acid free foamcore foamboard perfect for the archival preservation of valuable art and photographs. Encore® Acid Free mounting board neutralizes external pollutants, outperforming other acid free foamboards. This smooth antique white foamboard is 3/16" thick.
In accordance with Library of Congress standards, this board’s facing paper is buffered with calcium carbonate to a pH between 7.7 and 8.5. This process protects both the board and the image placed upon it from deterioration over the years due to humidity and atmospheric pollutants.
