Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.
The Profile 200 wood frame moulding is available laminated in Gold, Burnt Gold and Silver. The frame has a 2-inch wide face and 7/16-inch rabbet. Each wood frame is completely assembled in-house by our trained staff with V-nails and glue. Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure all framing materials, including mat board, mount board, and glazing, fit properly within the finished frame.
